The Grand Rapids Jaycees are a group of professionally minded young people between 21 and 40 years of age. Through active participation, Jaycees meet new people, network for business, help the community and build their personal and professional skills.

The chapter currently numbers more than 100 professionals. In its 100-year history, members of the Grand Rapids Jaycees have managed 19 PGA Champions Tour events, 40 Grand Rapids Jaycees Santa Parades, 27 Michigan Special Olympics Basketball Tournaments and numerous other influential events and programs.

Each year, the Grand Rapids Jaycees' members donate thousands of hours of service to the Grand Rapids community, advancing the region while building its members' leadership skills and professional networks.

Notable past members include the 38th President of the United States Gerald R. Ford.
